A temporada de premiações vai começar! E uma das mais esperadas pelo público, o Oscar, liberou as pré-indicações de nove categorias, para dar uma prévia das produções que poderão ter a chance de concorrer definitivamente na noite da premiação.

A produção da premiação divulgou a lista das seguintes categorias: Documentário, Curta Documental, Filme Internacional, Maquiagem, Trilha Sonora Original, Canção Original, Curta de Animação, Curta-metragem e Efeitos Especiais, e já podemos ter uma prévia dos fortes concorrentes deste ano.
Os destaques ficam com Mank, Mulan, Soul, Aves de Rapina, O Céu da Meia-Noite e Tenet, Borat 2: Fita de Cinema Seguinte, Minari, Uma Noite em Miami, Os Sete de Chicago, Judas and the Black Messiah, que estão entre os favoritos da temporada.
O documentário brasileiro que ganhou grande repercussão na mídia mundial e no mercado cinematográfico estrangeiro, ‘Babenco: Alguém tem que Ouvir o Coração e Dizer: Parou, de Bárbara Paz, e os curtas Carne, de Camila Kater, e Umbrella, de Helena Hilario e Mario Pece, haviam sido qualificados para concorrer à premiação e eram favoritos para a temporada mas acabaram não entrando nas listas pré-indicadas.
O Oscar acontece no dia 25 de Abril e por enquanto não existe alguma previsão de mudança de data pela pandemia, e os indicados finais serão divulgados em 15 de Março. Até lá, você pode conferir as listas dos pré-indicados abaixo:
